Do you know these people?

Can you help identify the people in this photograph? This photograph, and several others, were donated to the SAGHS library by a San Francisco Public Administrator, James Abbeduto, who was administrating the estate of Bernard Cohn. Mr. Abbeduto provided the following information concerning the donated photographs:
…We don’t know much about them. They came from the Estate of Bernard Cohn. He was born May 17, 1917 and died on July 6, 2000 in San Francisco. He never married and had no known relatives. His parents were Sol and Estelle Cohn. The family seemed to live in New York and ended up in San Francisco in the early 1920s. I am not sure of if and when they may have lived in San Antonio.
The photographs have no identifying information written upon them. The photograph to the left was chosen to be presented here since it was the only photograph in the collection showing an adult man and woman. It was undoubtedly taken with a box camera. However, the photographs in the rest of the collection were of children and young adults. They were taken at the Smith professional photographic studio in San Antonio. This studio was once located at 323 East Houston, and at other addresses in San Antonio, one address being the present location of the Majestic Theatre. Each professional photograph is marked with the name of this studio and the location of 323 East Houston. According to an article on page one of the San Antonio Light on 3 December 1929, the Smith Studio operated at that location from 1900 to 1920, which dates the professionally taken photos in this collection to that era. It is very probable that the box camera picture presented here dates from the same era.
